This company was best-known for its agricultural
tractors, and was succeeded by the Minneapolis-Moline tractor company. In
1918 a line of conventional shaft-drive trucks of 2- and 3-½ -ton capacity
were introduced, and these were joined in the 1920s by buses. The best known
was the Model DW introduced in 1925. This was a typical low-built parlor
coach of the period, with 60hp engine, seats for 25 passengers and air
springs at the front.
Not be
confused with the Twin City Four Wheel Drive Co. or with the Twin City truck made by F.R. Brasie.
