Testaguzza Brothers Body Company – Oxford, Michigan –
in the mid 1950s they built a number of fiberglass bodied sports cars called
LaSaetta. About 15 were built on modified Ford, Chevrolet or Jaguar
chassis. Completed cars cost $3500, bodies $1200. Dual Ghia impresario
Eugene Casaroll owned a LaSaetta.
Brothers Gino & Cesare Testaguzza. Although Suman-Hreblay states that the
brothers designed cars for various Detroit automakers, I have found no
evidence to support his claim.
