Rowe Manufacturing – Galesburg,
Illinois – Alvin Rowe established Rowe Manufacturing Company in Galesburg,
Ill., making Can’t Sag farm gates and picket fences. Other items, such as
wood ladders, and stake truck bodies were added later. Employed many
carpenters and metal workers judging from local obituaries was in business

Another firm with the same name is in Gladbrook, Iowa and specializes in
manufacturing hydraulic pumps -
