(2) Gramm & Kincaid Motors Inc., Delphos, Ohio 19251926
This company was formed by B.A. Gramm, after he had left Gramm-Bernstein,
in partnership with R.M. Kincaid, formerly vice-president of Garford,
another Lima truck company. Their trucks were handsome assembled machines in
the one to four ton range, with 4- or 6-cyiinder Continental, Lycoming or
Hercules engines. In 1926 came a bus chassis with unusually low double drop
cruciformstiffened frame and four wheel brakes. It was made in two forms, a
20-passenger inter-city coach and 21-passenger city bus. After Kincaid left,
the company name was changed to Gramm Motors Inc., though possibly some
vehicles were still sold with the Gramm-Kincaid name for a while afterwards.
