A St. Louis carriage builder who turned to good quality automobile
bodies, including many for Doris. Collins Body Company
of St. Louis, Missouri built the bodies for the 1918-1919 Deering Magnetic
automobile which was exhibited at the Chicago Auto Salon of 1918, held at
the Congress Hotel. This beautiful car was designed by the famous Karl H.
Martin of Wasp, Roamer and Kenworthy fame.
