They offered a full line of Cadillac and Lincoln Limousines and first call
conversions. Additionally they offered at least one Cadillac-based hearse
with a two piece tailgate.
The 1st mention about this company I know of, was in 1984.
Here´s what Bernie De Winter told me some years ago:
Actually, the rear door used on those Breece Cadillac hearses was more
like the old two piece station wagon tailgate. It had a large liftgate
section, but the section below the beltline was a drop type gate, which
had 4 rollers on it to facilitate loading and unloading the car. There
was a Breece Cadillac hearse in Lima a number of years ago, and it had
the two piece hatch and tailgate design which was so similar to older
station wagons.
