Automobile Cover & Top Company - The Fickling brothers
- W. Irving and W. Webb - began their automotive venture in New York City
during the early fall of 1906 with a capital stock of $15,000 and the plan
to manufacture and deal in motor vehicles. Early on, automobile production
was decided against, the Ficklings instead buying out the Automobile Cover &
Top Company and continuing in business at 154 East 57th Street as limousine
and tonneau body builders only.
